Presenter: Kari Kelly, Founder of Atypical Workplace

The complex challenges of today don't respond well to the tools many of us learned when beginning our careers. We've now entered into a network paradigm, in which individuals and organizations come together to address particular needs in a way that is context-dependant. This networked way of working is known as Business Agility which leverages "Strategic Doing" instead of "Strategic Planning".

During our time together, we will touch upon the following key points surrounding Business Agility:

· The importance of networks
· Civility as a strategic value
· Linking and leveraging assets
· Distributed leadership
· Iterative learning and implementation
· Focus on outcomes with metrics
· Action and peer accountability
